After the distribution of approximately 36% of Philex Petroleum shares to Philex Mining shareholders as property dividends, Philex Petroleum listed its shares on the second board of the Philippine Stock Exchange under the Amended Rules on Listing by Way of Introduction of the PSE on September 12, 2011. After the break out at 12 Pesos, it is likely to happen that the next price stops of PXP would be 16 to 17 Pesos dependeng on how active it will attract traders and investors in the following days - see below chart for reference.
However, it would be possible for PXP to meet it nearest resistance at 23 Pesos if Bullish investors would push to its major ceiling at 48- see below chart for reference.

"MANILA - Oil and gas firm PXP Energy Corp expressed eagerness on Thursday to resume exploration in the West Philippine Sea and said any joint venture development would likely involve a Chinese company.
Chairman Manuel Pangilinan told reporters he was looking to discuss plans to resume PXP's stalled Reed Bank project in the hotly contested waterway with the Philippine government.
